- Your activity: films you rate, review, like, add to watchlists or lists, and any notes or profile details you write.
- Technical data: basic information such as your approximate country (used to show streaming availability) and standard server logs.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your diary, lists and reviews.
- To show streaming services available in your country.
- To keep the site secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your selected region. Some of your activity, such as reviews and public lists, is visible to other visitors according to your settings.
Services we rely on
- Supabase for accounts and data storage.
- TMDB for film data and images, and JustWatch (via TMDB) for streaming availability.
- Cloudflare for security and delivery.
- YouTube for trailers. A trailer loads only when you press play, using the privacy-enhanced mode.
These services may process data under their own policies.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in Settings. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, send us a message through our contact form.
Children
NookFilm is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
